BEEFRAME SD-A1 P2/E6

the BEEFRAME completes the joining and drilling of the hive frame slats in just 6-8 seconds thanks to its swivel stool and powerful built-in tools This duration is very favorable compared to the fact that even experienced and skillful beekeepers struggle with this work phase for minutes.

15 times faster!

The slats to be processed must be manually inserted into the machine, and then the safety door must be closed.

In addition, the automated hive frame assembling machine is not only much faster - about 15 times - than manual work , but also significantly more accurate.

Stapling is done by two high-performance Omer 90.38 CLD3 long-magazine staple guns,
with 2 pairs of staples each at the four corners as standard, so 40 frames can be produced with the 330 magazine, but reloading the device also only takes a few seconds .

It can be adjusted to any hive frame

The number of inserted staples is optional, the BEEFRAME SD-A1 P2/E6 frame stapling and drilling hybrid station can be set to insert the required number of staples,
but the machine can also be ordered with a different type of stapling unit. Staples 15-40 mm long can be used for stapling, and on request, we can prepare the machines to accept magazines much longer than 330 in the top-loading version.
The hole making is just as well thought out. The holes are drilled by a high-quality, air-cooled spindle line, with professional router bits that do not break due to the always perfect fixation and drilling position, in contrast to manual drills or drill lines, where the drill bits tend to snap, further slowing down the process. The device uses compressed air for operation in addition to normal mains electricity. You can produce this with your own, built-in compressor, but you can also use it from an external source. The machine can be set to handle almost any hive frame. the BEEFRAME machine is that it can bridge the tolerances of the frame slats, i.e. it can accept and handle the various shapes and sizes of the frame slats used by beekeepers after adjustment.
